Pineapple Corer

This is an amazing screwlike device that you screw into a pineapple that you have cut the ends off of. You wind up with the pineapple meat in a long continuous coil. One slice down the coil and you have pineapple slices. The pineapple itself has the core and the sides intact. We like to take out the core and slice the shell into long pieces and "fillet" it, using the pineapple "steaks" for BBQing.
